Image to represent non-recyclable waste collections

The fortnightly non-recyclable waste service, with collections from a single black wheeled bin, was introduced to reduce the amount of non-recyclable waste going to landfill.

We understand that some households may produce a higher amount of waste due to the household make-up or due to circumstances of the individuals living in the property.  If you feel that you need more waste capacity for one of these reasons, you can request an additional black wheeled bin.

We will need to complete an assessment, known as a waste audit, to check whether your household qualifies for this additional waste capacity.
