What will happen once I submit a claim?
We will review the details of the claim on it's own merit and decisions regarding liability will be made once a detailed investigation has taken place
We may ask you to send in evidence to support the claim
A decision will be made strictly in line with current insurance law and insurance principles and you can be confident that your claim is being dealt with by professional Insurance Officers
Our Insurance Officers will contact relevant departments as part of the investigation process
We will process the claim in house and provide an outcome within 120 days
If you do not agree with the decision, you will have a right to appeal this.
